San Antonio Express-News, NOTICE OF BIDS/PROPOSALS The Town of Hollywood Park is accepting Qualified Sealed Bids for the Donella Drive Roadway Improvements contract. The contract will consist of approximately 2800 centerline feet of asphalt reclamation with a hot mix wearing surface. The work will also include water and gas utility relocation, construction of roadside ditches and approximately 500 linear feet of storm sewer. An electronic copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained on a CD at a cost of $10.00 per disc (tax included) from Civil Engineering Consultants, 11550 IH 10 West, Suite 395, San Antonio, TX 78230. A complete physical set of the Bidding Documents plus CD may also be purchased at a cost of $60.00 per set (tax included). A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, August 18, 2015 at Hollywood Park City Hall, 2 Mecca Drive, Hollywood Park, TX 78232. Qualification Statements will be accepted until 5:00 PM on Friday, August 21, 2015 at Civil Engineering Consultants. Prospective Bidders with a score greater than or equal to ten (10) points shall be deemed a Qualified Bidder and will be issued a Request for Bid no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 27, 2015. Sealed Bids from Qualified Bidders will be accepted until 2:00 PM on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Hollywood Park City Hall, 2 Mecca Drive, Hollywood Park, TX 78232 ATTN: Mayor Chris Fails, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chamber. Any envelopes received after the specified time will be returned unopened.
